Do you charge any extra fees on our arrival except the final pricess hown on the web page?

The rental cost that is shown on our web page is the final price, we do not demand any extra fees on your arrival.

Insurance

• Our vehicles are insured with 500 EUR Excess. Our Car rental company also offers additional insurance:
• Damage Insurance with 300-euro excess 5-euro per day
• Damage Insurance with 200-euro excess 7-euro per day
• Damage Insurance with 100-euro excess 8-euro per day
• Windshield and tires insurance 3-euro per day
• Supplementary insurance to cover injuries to drivers or passengers3-euro per day
• Cross border prices one border 30€ / two border 60€ / three 80€ /all Balkan 120€
• If you would like to cross to other Balkan or European Union Countries, you will need international insurance (Green Card), it would be enough to inform our company in advance we will prepare all needed documents for the border crossing and on your arrival all needed documents will be ready.

What if our flight is postponed or delayed?

When you are making reservation we also require your flight number and with your flight number we check online your exact arrival time and on your arrival we will be waiting for you.

Can we pick up or drop off the car outside of working hours at midnight or early in the morning?

We have flexible working hours, you can pick up at outside of working hours late at night also you can drop off the car early in the morning.

What is 500 euro excess?

If something happens to rental car from your fault car hire company can charge you max 500 euro and also if the damage is 200 euro you will pay 200 euro, not 500 euro.

If you wish you pick up a vehicle at a different place and also drop off the car at a different place our team should be informed in advance and we will organize everything as you wish.
